Refunds and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at MARKET.live. We want you to be completely satisfied with the items you purchase from us, and we’re here to help. If you ever have any problems or issues while using our site, please click the ‘Help’ link in the lower-right corner at MARKET.live. This will open our Help Center where you can send us a message using the Contact Us form.
MARKET.live is a multi-vendor marketplace where a select group of merchants come together to display and sell their products. When you purchase an item at MARKET.live, you are buying it from one of our vendors. After checkout, the order details are automatically transmitted to the vendor, and they process the order and ship the items to you.
SHIPPING
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email from MARKET.live with the details of your order. Your items will be shipped to you directly from the vendor, typically within 2 business days of placing your order. You will receive a second email (including tracking number) as the items are shipped to you.
RETURN POLICY
Generally, you may return an item you purchased from MARKET.live within 10 days of delivery. The 10-day return window for an item starts on the date the item was delivered to the shipping address, as determined by the item’s tracking number. However, some items are not returnable, so it’s very important that you check the item’s product description before you buy. Items which are not returnable will be clearly identified as such on the product’s detail page, and we cannot offer any type of refund or exchange on these products. All returned items are subject to inspection (see below).
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
If you ever need to return or exchange an item, please visit the MARKET.live Returns Portal by clicking on the Returns link in the footer at www.market.live. The Returns link is also available at the My Account>My Orders page for logged-in users. The MARKET.live Returns Portal is the only method buyers can use to request a return.
RETURN PORTAL INSTRUCTIONS
Page 1: Enter the Order Number, Shipping Zip Code, and click “Start a return”
Page 2: Click the item you want to return (non-returnable items are greyed-out)
Page 3: Click the reason(s) you are returning the item.
Page 4: Click “Continue with Return”
Page 5: Review the details of your return and click “Submit Return”
Page 6: Follow the shipping instructions and return to the item to the address provided
All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused. All of the item’s original tags, labels, instructions and purchase receipt must be intact and included with your return.
REFUNDS
All returned items will be subject to inspection before a refund or exchange can be issued. During inspection, if we determine the returned item is not in new condition, including damage, wear, soiled, worn, washed, torn, scuffed, has acquired a new odor or has missing parts, then we will be unable to issue a refund. If your item does not pass inspection, we will contact you to arrange to have the merchandise returned to you.
Once your returned item has been received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 1 business day. However, some credit card companies may take up to 10 days to process your refund and return the money to your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item to the vendor.
