Most of our vendors offer free shipping on the items they sell at MARKET.live.  The shipping cost of your completed order is calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout.

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email from MARKET.live with the details of your order.  Your items will be shipped to you directly from the vendor, typically in 1-2 business days of placing your order.  You will receive a second email (including tracking number) when the items are shipped to you.  

The shipping transit time will vary from 2-7 days depending on the origin and destination locations.

If your order contains items from multiple vendors, you will receive multiple shipments and packages.

Easy Returns

Generally, you may return an item you purchased from MARKET.live within 10 days of delivery.  However, some items are not returnable, so it’s very important that you check the item’s product description before you buy. 

All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.  All returned items are subject to inspection. Please visit our Returns Portal if you want to return an item.

“MEZCAL”: The Green & Floral Earthy One. Hints of sweet agave, watery aloe, cactus flower, fresh-cut green leaves, jade, chrysanthemum petals & patchouli ground which is aromatically an anti-inflammatory.

“HOMETOWN”: The Sweet Citrus One. Hints of sweet island citrus & agave nectar, grapefruit, mandarin, and tangerine, with hints of lime and peach rounds.

“BIKINI”: The Tropical One. Hints of earthy palms, pineapple, anise, sweet sugar & natural sage.

 

CANDLE CARE: Due to the design of our candle, we recommend burning your candle on a perfectly flat and heat-safe surface, away from drafts, away from wooden furniture, and out of reach of pets, children and wild or elaborate draperies. Keep it close to you at all times when anyone lights it.

Ensure your heat-safe dish is at least 2.5x the size of your candle to prevent dripping wax onto your precious surfaces.

The first thing you want to do is make sure your wick is the proper length, around ¼” in. length before burning & relighting your candle. Only trim wicks on cooled candles, to prevent debris from falling into the hot wax. Be careful when working with the candle so as to not burn yourself.

Helping your candle burn to its full potential is a delicate balance of leaving it alone and keeping an attentive eye on it. Most surfaces aren’t perfectly even, so we recommend rotating your candle every few minutes if it's starting to burn at an angle to ensure that you get an even pool of liquid wax. It’s crucial that your candle burns completely liquid across the surface EVERY time you burn it.
