Most of our vendors offer free shipping on the items they sell at MARKET.live.  The shipping cost of your completed order is calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout.

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email from MARKET.live with the details of your order.  Your items will be shipped to you directly from the vendor, typically in 1-2 business days of placing your order.  You will receive a second email (including tracking number) when the items are shipped to you.  

The shipping transit time will vary from 2-7 days depending on the origin and destination locations.

If your order contains items from multiple vendors, you will receive multiple shipments and packages.

Easy Returns

Generally, you may return an item you purchased from MARKET.live within 10 days of delivery.  However, some items are not returnable, so it’s very important that you check the item’s product description before you buy. 

All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.  All returned items are subject to inspection. Please visit our Returns Portal if you want to return an item.

They gather precious rainwater while their roots filter out pollutants and prevent erosion and flooding. They are precious home, shelter, sustenance, and habitat to thousands of living things: plants, mosses, animals, and insects. They calm our souls and inspire our imaginations. That's why we're on a mission to help reforest the future.

Modern Sprout is on a mission to help reforest the future – for every kit purchased, a donation is made to plant a tree. Tree Kits feature carefully selected seed types that will thrive in most parts of the country. The container is made in the USA out of up-cycled cow manure, which is 100% biodegradable and helps heal nutrient-depleted soil.

The Movement: 18.7 million acres of forest are lost each year. Every tree planted helps offset this loss, forming a brighter future for all of us.
