This harmonizing flower has also been cited to reduce discomfort associated with one’s moon cycle. From the Ayurvedic perspective, Rose is particularly good at reducing pitta dosha, while also bringing balance to vata dosha & kapha dosha, when used in moderation.

DIRECTIONS:
Rose Tea
Pour 8oz of almost boiled water over 1-2 tsp. of Rose Petals. Cover & steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain petals from tea & allow to cool slightly. Sip, soften & connect with the healing power of Rose. You may also pour over ice & drink slightly chilled.
Rose Latte
Add 1-2 tsp. of Rose Petals into 8oz of warm milk of your choice. Steep for 6-8 minutes. Strain herbs from milk & enjoy. Add ghee, coconut oil &/or sweetener to desired taste.
Other Methods
Add into teas, elixirs, coffee, baking & other food preparations. Add to your bathing ritual, altar space, facial steam, yoni steam & sachet.
